(*Laptop model is Sony Vaio or other Laptop with Intel Bluetooth Device Drivers.)
Checked in event viewer confirm application crashes ID:1001 with vdrscrp.dll file , which causes the problem. (It’s an Intel corporation BT .dll file.)
Hence we confirmed its a Bluetooth driver out dated file which makes Lync to crash.
- Search for vdpsrc.dll (usually located ://Computer/Windows/Program Files (x86)/Intel/Bluetooth)
